Orbit 99 is a casual arcade game for Android. This policy explains what information is collected when you play, how it's used, and what choices you have.
What's collected depends on how you play and which features you use:
Gameplay data stored on your device. Local high scores, gems, unlocked ships, settings, and similar preferences.
Google Play Games Services (optional, only when you sign in): your display name, player ID, and leaderboard scores. If you're signed in, a saved copy of your progress is also stored in your own Play Games account so you can restore it on a new device or after reinstalling. That save includes your gems, unlocked and equipped ships, best score and planet, daily reward day, and whether you claimed the First Orbit ship skin.
First Orbit reward (Google Firebase). To run the free ship skin for the first 2,000 players who reach planet 10, Firebase Anonymous Authentication creates a random ID for your installation of the game. It isn't linked to your name, email, phone number, or Google account. When you reach planet 10, a claim record (that random ID plus the time) is saved in Google Cloud Firestore, and a shared claim counter goes up by one.
Anonymous gameplay counts (Google Firebase). To improve the game, it adds 1 to shared daily totals: runs and sessions started, the planet a run ended on, continues used (free, gems, or ad), and how often bonus video offers were shown and accepted. These totals carry no player ID, device ID, or advertising ID. Nothing in them can identify you or your device, and they can't be linked back to you.
Advertising identifiers and ad activity. When ads are shown, Google AdMob and related Google advertising services may collect your device's advertising ID, your IP address, device and app information, and data about ad impressions and clicks. They use it to serve and measure ads.
Technical and diagnostic data. Standard Android and Google Play information needed to run, update, and secure the app. As with any internet service, Google may process your IP address when the game connects to Firebase or AdMob.
We don't ask you to create a Band of Rabbits account, and we don't intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as precise location, contacts, or payment card numbers.
Provide core gameplay and leaderboards
Sign you in to Google Play Games when you choose to, and back up and restore your progress
Run the First Orbit reward and limit it to the first 2,000 players, with one claim per installation
Understand how the game is played, in aggregate, so we can tune difficulty and features
Show banner ads, optional rewarded videos, and limited full-screen ads
Maintain, secure, and improve the app
Comply with Google Play rules and the law
Orbit 99 uses Google AdMob for:
Banner ads on screen.
Optional rewarded videos. You choose to watch one for a reward: refilling continues during a run, unlocking a cosmetic ship, doubling the gems earned after a run, or doubling a daily bonus. Rewards are granted directly. Gems and other rewards have no real-money value.
Full-screen (interstitial) ads, shown only for a limited test period and only at the break after a run ends. They never appear when the app opens, when you exit, or during a run. They're capped in how often they appear, are never shown in your first few runs or right after a rewarded video, and always have a clear close button.
Ads use a maximum content rating of G (general audiences). We block alcohol, dating, gambling, and adult categories. Ads aren't requested as child-directed. Google's advertising practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
We don't sell your personal information. Google processes data for us as our service provider when you use these features, under Google's terms and policies. That includes Google Play, Play Games Services, Firebase, AdMob, and related platform services. We don't use First Orbit or gameplay-count data for advertising, and we don't combine it with AdMob data.
Data sent to Google services (Firebase, Play Games, AdMob) travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Firebase data is protected by access rules: the game can add to the claim records and counters but can't read or change other players' data.
Local game data stays on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
Play Games data, including leaderboards and saved progress, is kept under Google Play Games policies until you delete it.
First Orbit claim records are kept while the reward runs, then deleted once they're no longer needed. We'll delete yours sooner if you ask.
Anonymous gameplay counts are kept for 12 months, then deleted.
Advertising data is kept under Google AdMob and Google advertising policies.
Orbit 99's Play target audience is ages 13 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a way that violates applicable law or Google Play requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we'll take appropriate steps.
You can play without signing in to Play Games. Your progress then stays only on your device.
You can delete Orbit 99's saved game, revoke its Play Games access, or delete your Play Games data in your Google account or Play Games settings.
You can reset or limit your advertising ID in Android settings (Google > Ads, or Privacy > Ads).
You can clear local data or uninstall the app at any time.
To ask us to delete your First Orbit claim record, or for any other privacy request, email bandofrabbitsstudio@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Because the ID is anonymous, we may ask for details that help us find your record, such as the approximate date you reached planet 10. Gameplay counts can't be tied to you, so there's nothing individual to delete.
We may update this policy as the game or its services change, and we'll revise the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use the game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
